We ship via common carriers to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. We currently do not ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart and on the shipping method (speed) you select. This also applies to free shipping promotions. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed the next business day (please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays). Please have your estimated date of purchase, sales receipt or record of purchase, and place of purchase ready to share with one of our representatives.
Purchases made on our website are guaranteed for 30 days. Qualified returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Contact Laurastar Customer Service at (800) 428-2804, 8am-5pm PST Mon.-Fri. or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain authorization and return instructions. Please have your estimated date of purchase, sales receipt or record of purchase, and place of purchase ready to share with one of our representatives. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned merchandise.
Because of the size and weight of our products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Iron. Customers are also responsible to ship products back to LAURASTAR.
Products must meet the following conditions to be considered for return:
- Must be in original packaging
- Must be a currently stocked item
- Must be free of any price markings
- Must be in overall condition for resale
All returns must include the following:
- A Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the shipping box
- The Return Authorization number, copy of original invoice, and reason for return inside the box
Please ship returns with a tracking number and keep that number until the credit is received. We are not responsible for lost items or return shipping charges.
